About Our Food…
Love of tradition, inspiration and an infinite capacity for taking pains constitutes the secret of our food. We have an extensive menu, specializing in abundant delicious dishes using the freshest ingredients and imported Italian cheese. We hand stuff our pastas, roll each and every tortellini and cannelloni, bake our own bread, and make our own sauces fresh from our private stock of Sicilian recipes.
We have 50 delicious pasta and stuffed pasta dishes to choose from, as well as seafood, chicken, mesquite wood grilled entrees and other specialty items. Try our hand-made Mezzaluna – a half moon pasta stuffed with a fine chopped mix of spinach, ricotta, herbs, imported pecorino cheese, seedless golden raisins, pinenuts and topped with asiago cheese. Our try our Cioppino Feast – a fish soup with fresh clams, large New Zealand mussels, jumbo shrimp, scallops, sliced calamari, topped with fresh basil and served with soup or salad, a side order of clam sauce pasta and delicious garlic bread topped with fresh tomatoes, basil and herbs.
Pizzas, you ask? We have Award-Winning Pizzas with a variety of traditional and premium toppings, as well as our Gourmet Specialty Pizzas like “The Masterpiece” and “The Lasagna Pizza.” Our large pizza serves 4-6 people and weighs from 3-6 pounds!
